UE/R: SOCO PROJECT FACILITATORS URGED TO WORK HARD FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT – DCE NABDAM

A military officer from the 11 Mechanized Battalion from Bawku has tragically lost his life in a fatal accident near Binduri in the Upper East Region. Five other officers sustained severe injuries and are in critical condition following the crash. The incident occurred when the military vehicle, with registration number 15 GA 04, was traveling from Bawku to Bazua.
Eyewitnesses reported that the vehicle suddenly veered off the road, causing it to somersault multiple times before coming to a halt. The impact of the crash led to the immediate death of one officer, while the injured were quickly rushed to the Regional Hospital in Bolgatanga and the Tamale Teaching Hospital in the Northern Region for urgent medical attention.
Authorities are yet to provide further details on the cause of the accident.
