Real Bolga United FC has appointed Osman Musah as the club’s new Technical Director ahead of the 2026/2027 football season.
Osman Musah was officially introduced to the playing body and technical team on Monday, August 10, 2026, at the club’s training ground in Bolgatanga.
His appointment forms part of the club’s efforts to strengthen its technical structure, enhance player development and build a competitive team for the upcoming campaign.
As Technical Director, Osman will provide technical leadership and work closely with the coaching staff and management in the planning and implementation of the club’s football programmes.
His responsibilities will include supporting training structures, player development, talent identification and the overall technical direction of the team.
Speaking during his introduction, Osman expressed his readiness to contribute to the growth and development of the club, while encouraging the players to remain disciplined, committed and focused on achieving the team’s objectives.
His arrival comes at a crucial stage of Real Bolga United’s preparations, with the “We Believe” lads currently undergoing pre-season training ahead of the new season.
Club management is confident that Osman experience and technical expertise will add value to the team and help create a strong foundation for sustained development and success.

Osman Musah has previously managed Bolga All Stars SC and Bolga Young Mighty.
