UE/R: SOCO PROJECT FACILITATORS URGED TO WORK HARD FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT – DCE NABDAM

The North East Regional Minister, Mr.Yidana Zakaria has embarked on a day working visit to the Chereponi District of the North East Region to inspect ongoing projects under the Gulf of Guinea Northern Regions Social Cohesion (SOCO) Project and the other government developmental Projects
Mr Yidana visited several project sites, including the Chereponi Abattoir with Mechanize Borehole, officers for staffs and veterinary officer, Lockable Market Stores, Youth Empowerment Centre, 6-units Classroom block and 1D1F Rice Factory all in the Cherepone District.
Addressing the Media after the tour, Mr.Yidana reiterated the Government’s commitment to bringing more sub-projects under the SOCO initiative to the District, saying, “The government will continue to bring more sub-projects under SOCO to the District to make life easy for the people of Chereponi ” he stated.
According to him, the Government is pleased with the tangible improvements the projects have brought to the people’s lives.
The visit underscores the government’s dedication to fostering development in the Districts and improving the quality of life for its citizens through targeted infrastructure projects.
