UE/R: SOCO PROJECT FACILITATORS URGED TO WORK HARD FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT – DCE NABDAM

The Exhibition of the provisional voters Register as a follow-up to the capturing of data from the field is the next stage towards producing a final voters Register. It is also a period where the provisional voters Register will be displayed at Exhibition centers ( polling stations) for inspection by prospective corrections, inclusions as well as objections to unqualified names on the voters Register. The exercise will also enable Registered voters to know their polling stations on Election day.
Speaking to URA Radio, the District Electoral officer for Bolga East Mr. Mark Kofi Kudomor said logistics and trained officials are all deployed to the various Exhibition centers. The constituency have 16 Electoral Areas and 41 Exhibition centers.
He added by encouraging all Registered voters in the district to go to the various centers to ascertain whether their names are in the register and their details accurate.
He added that this is the period where we need to help the commission to expunge the deceased from the Register.
The Exhibition Exercise which begins today 3rd November to Tuesday 7th November (Saturday & Sunday inclusive ). Commission may decide whether to add extra days as the exercise progresses he concluded.
