UE/R: SOCO PROJECT FACILITATORS URGED TO WORK HARD FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT – DCE NABDAM

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced Tuesday, October 6, 2026, as the official opening date for nominations for the party’s 2026 Regional Executive Elections
According to a press release issued by the NDC National Secretariat on September 29, 2026, nomination forms will cost GH¢1,000, with a 50 percent discount for female aspirants and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
The party says both nomination and filing fees are non-refundable
GH¢50,000 for Regional Chairman
Under the approved regional filing fee schedule, aspirants for the position of Regional Chairman will pay GH¢50,000, while Vice Chairman and Secretary aspirants will each pay GH¢30,000
The other filing fees are :
Deputy Secretary – GH¢10,000
Organizer – GH¢30,000
Deputy Organizer – GH¢10,000
Treasurer – GH¢20,000
Deputy Treasurer – GH¢10,000
Communication Officer – GH¢20,000
Deputy Communication Officer – GH¢10,000
Zongo Caucus Coordinator – GH¢15,000
Youth Organizer – GH¢15,000
Deputy Youth Organizer – GH¢10,000
Women’s Organizer – GH¢15,000
Deputy Women’s Organizer – GH¢10,000 All payments to be made online
The NDC says all payments for nomination forms and filing fees must be made strictly through its online portal using Mobile Money on all networks, Visa or Mastercard
The party says bank payments and bank drafts will not be accepted.
Aspirants, proposers, seconders and endorsers are also required to be members in good standing and must have settled their party membership dues
The NDC has urged all aspirants and members to conduct themselves with discipline, decorum and respect for the party’s democratic values throughout the electoral process
The announcement sets the stage for what is expected to be a keen contest for the various NDC regional executive positions across the country
