UE/R: SOCO PROJECT FACILITATORS URGED TO WORK HARD FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT – DCE NABDAM

The President of the Republic of Ghana and Commander-In-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, His Excellency Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo announced that in the coming weeks government will come out with measures to mitigate the effects of the dry spell currently being experienced by most parts of the five northern regions.
The President made this known during his day’s visit to commission the completed Phase lll Project of the Upper East Regional Hospital in Bolgatanga funded by the Saudi Fund for Development.
Most parts of the north according to the President has been seriously hit by the devastation caused to farmlands of which many farmers are counting their loses as a result of lack of rains for almost two months now.
The President assured victims that in the next few weeks government would announced moves geared towards addressing their frustrations in this regard adding government has been following events in connection with the development.
