The Upper East Regional Hospital has launched a new Client Care Portal aimed at strengthening patient engagement, improving accountability, and enhancing the quality of healthcare service delivery
The initiative, announced in a press release signed by the hospital’s Public Relations Officer, Godfred A. Polkuu, provides patients, clients, and their relatives with a convenient digital platform to directly share their experiences with hospital management
To ensure easy access, QR code links to the Client Care Portal have been placed on posters at strategic locations across the hospital
Patients and visitors can simply scan the QR codes with their mobile phones to access the platform instantly
According to the statement, the hospital’s management is encouraging all clients and visitors to provide honest and constructive feedback, noting that their contributions will help identify areas requiring improvement, recognize outstanding staff performance, and strengthen healthcare delivery
Hospital staff have also been tasked to support the initiative by directing patients and their relatives to the designated QR code posters and promoting awareness of the new feedback channel
Management described the Client Care Portal as a reflection of the hospital’s commitment to openness, responsiveness, and patient-centred care, reaffirming its dedication to providing safe, quality, and compassionate healthcare services across the Upper East Region
